It is as if
The rain refuses to hit you
And the puddles just can’t get you
It is a day where
Even if everyone was after you
No one would be able to touch you
You could wake up hung over
And the shower just rinses it away
You could skip breakfast
And not feel hungry all day
You could show up late
And the boss lets you play
Yes, it is that day
When knights defeat dragons
Or David knocks down Goliath
It is that day
When people fear no demons
And babies begin to walk
